US Immigration from United Arab Emirates

Hello, my spouse came in on CR-1, applied for i751 and has interview for ROC scheduled. Also now applied for N400 as soon as they became eligible 90 days before the 3 year mark. Biometrics have been taken, was given the study guide and told to wait for interview, and online status has updated to the same. The question is, is it possible that the upcoming ROC interview can be a combo interview, with oath ceremony scheduled after the conclusion of 3 years of permanent resident status? Field office is Kansas City which as I understand doesn't do same day oath ceremony anyway. Thank you!

Petitioner is a USC and beneficiary is a Canadian citizen living in the UAE.

Does it make sense to transfer the case to Canada?

Unfortunately, my husband and I getting a divorce he been in the states for a year this has been a nightmare.. I m sponsoring him and marriage base green card will expire in March of 2023 he will need to have his conditions remove. Once the divorce is finalized and the visa expires will I still be sponsoring him?? I would appreciate anyone help on this matter. Thanks

Please I have applied for visit visa twice to the US and was denied with my old passport that has an incorrect age .now my fiance file for k1 visa for me after 2 years with the correct age passport .Please with it pose a problem for me during interview. Or what do you advise.

Secondly, my birth certificate does not have my middle name, I plan to ask my parent to request for a new one with a middle name on it.

Do I need an affidavit for it. Any advice from visa journey will be highly appreciated.thank you

I'm US citizen, my son overseas just get his IR-2 visa approved in Mar 2022, he will turn he's 18 years in Jul 2nd 2022, however his final exam at the high school will completed by the end of Jul 2022

please advice

-should he enters to US before he turn the age of 18 years, or he can enter any time of the visa validation "within the 6 months from Mar 2022"?

-what is the case if enter after he turn 18 years ( to finish his high school ) is that will effect his green card and/or his citizenship?

-what is the case if enter before he turn 18 years ( as I'm confused between the N600 and the US passport)?
