My fiancee was granted a visa to travel to the United States from Dubai. When he was about to travel, he contracted COVID-19 and he tested positive 2 different times. During this period, his visa got expired. He is still in Dubai till now and we had a 2 years old son together.

My question is do I have to start the process all-over again or is there a way he could be rescheduled for another interview?

So for 751, they only want addresses from green card issued onward in additional section. But we need to include evidence from marriage onward in terms of lease, etc? Tia!
