Hi, guys. My son joined NAVY on April 30 of 2020 And after Completion of A and C schools arrived to his first Commend 2 weeks ago. He already has his N-400 "ready to go" but got stuck with N-426 certification... The instruction says that ONLY military personnel, serving in pay grade O-6 or above, can certify the form. But there is nobody at this grade on son's base... So... How does it actually work ? Where or who do you start from/with to request a certification of N-426? Thank you!

Hey Everyone, I filed I-129f October 27th, received October 31st to Dallas Lockbox. I've still heard nothing. No NOA1, no cashed check and it's now been 5 weeks. Is this normal and are they just that backed up? Anybody in the same boat? Can't seem to find a lot of info about it here anywhere. Would love some insight. Thanks

My fiance has never been married and will be applying for a K1 visa in her home country after we get approval from our I129F petition. The US Embassy lists marriage and divorce certificates as necessary documents. I have been previously married. Will she need to bring marriage and divorce certificates from my previous marriage for her visa application/interview? Thanks! Stephen P

I would like to bring my daughter in law and child to live with her mother ! We are waiting for green card interview as of now .. The daughter is 25 yrs old and has child of 3 yrs old . What forms do I need to fill out . A I-130 and if this is wright what do I file for her 3 yr old child ? Is their a way to speed this process ? Once my wife gets her green card ? is their any other forms that are different than the I-130 that would be quicker ? As stepfather can I partition her to come to the USA as I am a citizen of the USA ? With child ! If you know what will be the easiest and are the fastest way they can come to the USA ! she is not married .
