US Immigration from Ukraine

So, couldn't figure out how to place this on the Ukraine forum, sorry.

Dual Citizen of US and Ukraine, planning to relocate there in 2022 and occasionally travel to the US. Since dual Citizenship is forbidden in Ukraine, which passport should I use to travel to Ukraine from the US? Furthermore, after I am in country and choose to travel to the US, which passport should I use?

Former president Trump extended Proclamations 10014 and 10052 "Suspension of Entry of Immigrants and Nonimmigrants Who Continue to Present a Risk to the United States Labor Market" till 31 March, 2021.

There is no legal or scientific data to proof these proclamations have sense and grounds to work their need.

However, this suspension applies to not only new work force coming to USA, but also to members of families. For over a year this suspension prevents spouses, minor children and other loved ones to meet each other, as well as new work force to improve economy of USA.

Hey everyone, I have now tried several avenues. Their customer service, the ombudsman and my congressman to no avail. I've now talked with an attorney and suing the Government is quite expensive. I'll be talking with a second later today as well. It's become quite evident to me after 3 months of waiting for the NOA1, they are simply not working. There is no real effort and the incompetence is mind boggling. I'm considering organizing a legal effort to sue USCIS over this. I'd like to gauge support and see how many here would be interested in this to know if it's feasible. The more people represented in one lawsuit the better, not to mention it's much easier on the wallet for all of us. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks
