I'm the petitioner. My k1 fiance an i got married 25 days after entering USA.

Is there a time limit on applying for AOS and I-485?

What's an expected amount of time to wait for a NOA correspondence when filing AOS? Looking at the AOS timelines here, it seems like most people recently got their NOA within 2-3 weeks. We're now on week 5 and beginning to wonder if we need to take additional action. Anyone else in the same boat or have information to share? Thanks in advance!

I am planning to sponsor my sister family to USA (to become US resident). There is a step that I will have to prove that i have enough income to support her family.

My question is, If i sign an affidavit to agree to support her family when they get to US (even though her family has a good income in her country). Will this affect to all of my business in the future: get a loan, buy a house, buy a car, etc?

I just become US citizen 1 year ago and planning to sponsor my sister family to US. Her family includes she+husband+son(6 year old).

Do you know when the application is in process, can they visit my family in USA?

Dual Citizen of US and Ukraine, planning to relocate there in 2022 and occasionally travel to the US. Since dual Citizenship is forbidden in Ukraine, which passport should I use to travel to Ukraine from the US? Furthermore, after I am in country and choose to travel to the US, which passport should I use?
