Hello! I am greencard holder. It will be five years on June 3rd 2021. I am planning to submit my N-400 online 90 days prior, which is on March 3rd. Since I picked the eligibility "I have a lawful permanent resident for at least 5 years" , do I need still provide evidence of our marriage (for example, pictures, bills together, insurance, just like I did for 1st and 2nd green card)? I did provide marriage certificate, proof of my husband citizenship, copy of my green card, tax returns for past 3 years, husband's prior divorce certificates. Those documents were required.

I got married to my fiancee 26 day after she entered the USA. She is from Ukraine and we have a 2 year old boy together. He has a dual citizenship, two passports. Ukrainian and American. I got crba and USA passport for him. I'm his legal and biological father in Ukraine and in USA Now my relationship with my relationship is not going well. I'm daily threatened by my wife that she will take him back to Ukraine. We are still married. Our marriage is less than 3 months old. I hid his both passports. How do I also alert US customs to not to let my son leave USA?

We got our notice January 15 of K-1 approval. Now its been nearly 45 days of silence. They said we could inquire after 30 days if we heard nothing. We did, and still nothing. Really thought she'd be here by June, but now losing hope. I know the next step is minimum of 3 months and we've lost 45 days already. Anyone else going through this? She is in Kyiv and they never update the website. Last update was November 15. What gives? We're so sick of the waiting! Makes it hard to plan anything, including her son's school here in the U.S.

Hi: I have a question about getting a RFIE. A RFIE was isued on Feb 12th, but never go to our mailbox. We have not moved since applying for I-751. a) If you ask for a copy of that letter online through your USCIS account, will they send you a copy through USPS or will they email it to you? The website is not clear about how this will be done. It only states that a valid email is needed for this. b) How long do you get to answer a RFIE? Thanks.
