US Immigration from Ukraine

I have 3 NVC cases. One for my wife. And one for each of her children of 6 and 9. From my understanding on page 2 part 3 if the I-864 I will not check I am sponsoring the following family members and I will not fill in family member information because they have separate visa petitions. So then does that mean I should file the I-864EZ for all three? I am the petitioner and I am using my own income.

Its been awhile since I last stopped in, TBH I've been in a real funk being apart from my bride.

The GOOD NEWS:

I finally got into the Interview scheduler and we have a date set for Apr 29 in Kyiv. Major load off my heart there.

I already registered for PP delivery (its on our Dash Board at least).

I'm trying find whether or not I need to schedule the Med Exam tho or is just walk in?

I'll keep digging, but if anyone chimes in, I'd be much obliged.

I am greencard holder. It will be five years on June 3rd 2021.

I am planning to submit my N-400 online 90 days prior, which is on March 3rd.

Since I picked the eligibility "I have a lawful permanent resident for at least 5 years" , do I need still provide evidence of our marriage (for example, pictures, bills together, insurance, just like I did for 1st and 2nd green card)?

I did provide marriage certificate, proof of my husband citizenship, copy of my green card, tax returns for past 3 years, husband's prior divorce certificates. Those documents were required.
