Hi VisaJourney Fam,

I received 2 year green card through marriage. Applied for 10year GC, and recieved I-797 notice to extend my status for 1 year, until actual GC gets approved.

I am planning to travel Aruba. It doesn't require visa if you can prove that you are a permenant resident in USA.

Has anyone tried to travel to Aruba, or any other country requires you to be permenant US resident? And showed I-797 letter as a proof of residency?

Does anyone have an update on when the embassy in Ankara will resume routine visa services? Our K1 case has been stuck at the NVC since March 2021. When we inquired with the NVC they informed us they, will not forward K1 visa petitions to Ankara until they resume routine visa services. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello all. Exactly 30 days after I applied I got my interview scheduled for June 28. My local office is San Antonio TX. Should I be worried? Hi, my father is a LPR and he filed up a I-130 form for me at 09/25/2020 (I was 20 years and 10 months old). So i was at the F2A category. My priority date is october 1st 2020. At the 18th of october 2021 i became 21 and i was wondering do i still considered to be in the F2A category or did i fall into F2B as the adult child of an LPR?? Because my file is at Nebraska service location and F2A processing time has passed my priority date. When i tried to send uscis a unquiry for outside normal processing time and results said my application is currently within the posted processing times . I don t understand does CSPA work for me or should i do something?
