Does anyone have an update on when the embassy in Ankara will resume routine visa services? Our K1 case has been stuck at the NVC since March 2021. When we inquired with the NVC they informed us they, will not forward K1 visa petitions to Ankara until they resume routine visa services. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, my father is a LPR and he filed up a I-130 form for me at 09/25/2020 (I was 20 years and 10 months old). So i was at the F2A category. My priority date is october 1st 2020. At the 18th of october 2021 i became 21 and i was wondering do i still considered to be in the F2A category or did i fall into F2B as the adult child of an LPR?? Because my file is at Nebraska service location and F2A processing time has passed my priority date. When i tried to send uscis a unquiry for outside normal processing time and results said my application is currently within the posted processing times . I don t understand does CSPA work for me or should i do something?

Hello all, I've been resident for 5 years and during the additional evidence section of n400 I added tax return forms but I realized that on 2018 occupation section it says that I'm student. I was in 2017 but not in 2018. We do our tax return with a 3rd party company. The lady knows us since we do it every year with her. So I'm just assuming she made a mistake. Now I'm worried what if uscis thinks that I'm was lying on tax return. I don't know what to do now. Thank you

I've been waiting for my interview to be scheduled since March 2020 in San Francisco. In December I moved in the city, and updated my address. Now when I query my case status, it says that as of December 2020, my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I also know that similar cases with similar filing times received their interview dates already, or even their green cards. I wonder if this status update is only because of the address change, or would they put my case back in the line. Did anyone experience a similar situation?
