I'm working on our I-134 form, downloaded from https://www.uscis.gov/i-134.

I see that the form has an expiration date of 02/28/2021 - wondering if anyone else at this stage has contacted the USCIS and obtained any guidance on how important this is.

Thanks

Consular stamp on documents

We are seeking a K1 Visa and are at the NVC step of the process.

Our Translator in Thailand recommended that my Fiance have him also get a Thai Consular stamp on official documents he translates for us. He said that in the past his other clients have done this when applying for US Visas.

I have not found any reference to this being required on either the Department of State website or in the packet 3 & 4 instructions from US Embassy BKK.

Does anyone have experience with this ? It's a small additional cost but I'm wondering if it's just a money making add on for the Translator. He has otherwise done a good job for us and I would recommend him.

Thank You

Chris

Hi everyone. We just received out biometrics letter in the mail and is scheduled for March 15th (our I485 application was received December 4). Does anyone have an idea how many more months to go we have after our appointment?

For those of you who have recently completed your biometrics appointment, have you received your combo card (or even green card) yet?

Thank you very much!
