Interview wait-time for IR1 at Bangkok Embassy

Is anybody familiar with the current wait-times at the Bangkok Embassy for getting an interview? DQ'd on March 16th. Wife and are hoping to return to the states before November for a family reunion but I'm beginning to wonder if that's just a pipe dream.

Related, if the interview is successful how long usually until we have a visa in-hand and can get on a plane?

Any advice appreciated. We live together here in Thailand, married 3 years, 2 kids together (both US Citizens).

For those who have just recently filed I-130 for your family members, please join the thread.

I am a US citizen filing for my spouse. Priority Date is 06/22/2021, the letter came from Texas Service Center, but USCIS said the case is assigned to California Service Center.

I just learned that Utah allows for online marriage license applications. Are we allowed to apply for our marriage license before my fiance enters the US as long as we don't actually get married until after her arrival? We do so after she receives her visa and knows her travel dates. Thank you.

Bangkok has had a reputation for being rather strict with NIVs for Thais on the grounds that they may overstay any visa. I'm wondering if anyone has noticed a more reasonable attitude since the Biden administration took over along with its reversal of the restrictive stance on the southern land border?
