US Immigration from Taiwan

Hi all, thanks for any advice regarding our situation:

I am USC and my wife of nearly 10 years entered a few weeks ago on VWP. We have been living overseas together for the past few years. Originally this was a trip to visit my parents. Recently, however, I got in touch with a friend, who unexpectedly offered me a job -- and the offer is quite appealing. I want to know if this is a good case for AOS. My wife's intent at entry was to stay as a tourist, but now, if I take this job offer, we will obviously need to stay in the US. If this is indeed a sufficient reason for AOS, what kind of evidence might I need to provide to USCIS? The work can easily provide me with a letter of an offer of employment. Pay stubs would likely come after we do our filing.

I entered the state on June 11 with ESTA, we already filed k1 back in May but we decide to leave it as covid is getting worse and we dont know when will we get approved.

Got married at county court on August 19, start preparing I-130 and 130A we gonna filed it online.

I am still waiting for my family to post some documents from Taiwan, haven't make appointment for health check yet.

Q1. Should we mention we already applied for K1 before?

Q2. Can we filed I-130 and 130A online first, then file I-485 later ?

Q3. In I-485 it will require health check report to go with it? or it can be file them separately? or what's the best filing sequence for better and faster result of my legal staying?

Q4. I got reckless driving ticket back in July, we already hired a lawyer to help, my court date is 9/9, he is not sure if he can drop the charges, but if not will this effect my state adjustment?

Q5. What's the difference between file the documents before my 90 days ESTA expired and file it after 90 days?

just would like to ask, For submitted the I-131 form to apply advance parole, if the photo i submitted is same as I-145 and I-765 which was taken within 6 months instead of 30days. would it be effected??

Since May 29th, 2019, my wife's case status has been "As of May 29, 2019, your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". However, I just checked the status a few minutes ago, and it has changed to the date below. The only major event as of late is that we moved to a new address last month, and we reported the address change for both my wife and me, the sponsor. I wonder if this means my wife might actually be getting closer to a 10 year GC.:
