photo for Advance Parole application I-131

Hi, all

 

just would like to ask, For submitted the I-131 form to apply advance parole, if the photo i submitted is same as I-145 and I-765 which was taken within 6 months instead of 30days. would it be effected??

It is always very important to follow the instructions. The USCIS officers are following the Policy Manual. Also, what is i-145? I-485 you mean? Regardless, my suggestion is to always follow the instructions to avoid RFE and delays. I did mine within 30 days.

You must submit 2 identical color photographs of yourself taken within 30 days of the filing of this application. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched.
