US Immigration from Sweden

been trying to check the status of our case the past couple of days and keep getting user defined error . Anyone else experiencing issues with it?

I filed for ROC in February 2019 and my case has been waiting for interview to be scheduled since the beginning of June. Now my extension letter is about to expire so I should get the I-551 stamp. But from what I see you need a form I-90 which is $445 + $85, is that correct?

Also, my passport expired (the plan was to go back to Sweden to visit this year and get a new one at that time but Covid kind of ruined those plans so here I am) so does anyone know if I can get the I-94 stamped instead?

On the I-130 where it asks for the USC's physical addresses for the last five years, would he put the address he lives on right now first (he lives with me, although he is not on the lease but have permission from my landlord to do so.) or the address that is on his drivers license (i.e. his parents house) as he never updated his address while at college.

We are not sure and would prefer to not make any mistakes.

Me and my husband will be filing the I-130 today online. I already have an account (foreign spouse) so are we able to use this account for the application or does he have to create a new one in his name?

I know that there are a couple of threads like this already, but I did not really get any concrete answers from those.

As of today, do we send in the I-944? The form is not in the website and it still says not to on the I-485 page but due to the new ruling it may be different. Is it safe to not send it in as long as the website is not updated?

So yes or no, should we send it in?
