US Immigration from Sweden

We received the interview appointment letter which will be on September 22. They said if the petitioner is not employed since May 2020 they should show assets not less than 63,411 or have a joined sponsor. I don't have a job due to COVID-19 now, but I have a fixed income of $2000 for 2 years. which makes it 24000 a year. which is above the poverty line and a 13000 in the saving account. Was the amount they are asking specifically for us or its for unemployed people in general? I don't have a sponsor. Any one can belong here or can help me with the question?

We have filed our application and are waiting for NOA1. My question is, i'm pretty sure my I-765 will get rejected due to it being an outdated form (I filed it the same day that they updated the form, sigh), will they reject the entire package or just the I-765?

I'm under the impression that they will only reject that assuming that the rest of my application is fine.

Just looking to get some insight!

I had my K1 visa interview March 12 (and medical was March 2nd) in Sweden. But because of the travel ban effecting the Schengen area my visa still hasn't been issued. I haven't seen my fianc in A YEAR, and this whole situation is getting to me in so many ways. I just want it to be over. Like so many others out there.

So my question is if there's ANYTHING we can do to speed things along?

I've heard about the lawsuit becoming a group lawsuit that will, if all goes well, help all K1's out there. But I don't know how long that will take, though. It could be months and months. But I've also heard about cases that has sent in expedite requests and been approved, EVEN IN THE SCHENGEN AREA and perhaps specifically after DOD's statement. Has anyone here heard about this or have tried it themselves? Is there a list of grounds to expedite? Could undue hardship because of not having seen each other in such a long time be a reason? Or is this just a long stretch?

We sent in our AOS packet this morning and realized that they posted an updated I-765 today but we obviously sent in the old one as it was so early in the day.

Will our packet get rejected now?

I'm so upset. I spent so much work preparing everything just to realize that it will probably get rejected.
