Hi,

How long does it take the Stockholm embassy to respond after submitting the document missing after receiving g212 at the embassy?

Am I still allowed to work on-campus on my F-1 student Visa while my AOS is pending? From what I have understood, I am allowed to do so as my F-1 status will be valid until I receive and use my EAD or AP, correct?

I re-filed the I-765 today and just looked at my reciept and realized that UPS picked "Adult Signature Confirmation" instead of the regular Signature Confirmation.

Will this be an issue at all? I assume not as I doubt anyone under 21 works at USCIS but I thought I'd confirm. As an anxious person, getting confirmation will make me feel a lot better

We just received a status update that our 129F (applied in November 2019) has been terminated. In March we received notice that the petition was approved and being sent to the NVC. Then in September it was sent back to USCIS.

Due to COVID our plans changed unexpectedly and we were married in May. We submitted the spousal application in June to adjust status as a concurrent filling and that is being processed now (receipts, RFE received).

Does anyone know, was this terminated because it expired or because we were now filling as married?

Was it a mistake to not withdraw the 129F? Will this be viewed as a denial and need to be declared the next time we travel?

Would someone be able to link the post where it states that if you file and pay your initial application before Oct 2nd., you still do not have to pay the new fees for the I-131 and I-765?

I have to refile my I-765 (everything else was accepted) and was gonna include a printout of this to make sure that I do not have to pay the fees.
