US Immigration from Sweden

What type of proof of health insurance did you guys submit with your I-944 and how did you get it? Im using Aetna and I m really struggling to recieve official proof because I don t really know what to specifically ask for. They just seem confused when I call and ask them

Have anyone else had issues changing their address with USCIS when moving? I filed the AR-11 3 days before we moved in early December and it still has not been approved and when I call they just tell to wait because someone will get to it.

I am waiting for biometrics and obviously don't want to miss it but I am not sure what to do at this point. Has anyone been in a similar situation and if so, what did you do?

We thought in our stupidity she could go there with her Swedish passport to visit her US citizen father. Is it true that she cannot do this? Being born to unmarried parents it seems like a true headache. Do we really need to take a DNA test proving paternity? He has already signed this paternity papers when she was a baby. Also is it true we will need a paper stating child support obligation? This seems such a weird request to make I think. In all reality we would love for her to enter with her Swedish passport but I, the swede, will not be coming with her. She will be traveling either with her US father or accompied with one of the airline staff. Depending on when she goes of course as she is turning 5 within the year.

Please help. Rude comments please don't. I really don't have the energy in my life right now and my health is collapsing.

I plan on sending in the I-944 next week as I got an RFE for it but I am unsure what to put under the part where it asks for our taxes.

If I send in the I-944 next week, neither me nor my husband will have filed our taxes obviously as we don't even have our W-2s yet, would we just pick the "Will file before the due date" and if so, is there any documentation that we should submit in addition to that other than our tax transcripts for the previous years?

We would obviously like to get the form sent out as soon as possible and waiting for our tax return to process isn't exactly ideal.

I've understood reading here that USCIS does not re-print extension letters, but I got mine today 1/2 after the AZ lockbox received our package on 11/13. I was happy to finally to receive it...until I saw my last name was spelled incorrectly. Instead of an E there is a C. Anyone else been in a similar situation? Did you have to go for an ADIT stamp or would USCIS actually admit their mistake and re-print the letter? Part of the I-751 package is a copy of my soon-to-expire green card, and there my last name is (obviously) spelled correctly.

But obviously I'll have to wait until Monday to contact the USCIS. Do you think their live chat is the best option so that I can get a copy for my records of everything that is said? If I give them a call, would it do any good for me to ask for a tier 2 officer?
