Need to travel to my home country after applying for N400

I'll be applying for naturalization through marriage in a couple of weeks. I already have my 10-year GC, and I will meet all the continuous residency requirements before I apply. However, in a few months we may be traveling to my home country. Here's why:

Last year I lost both of my parents suddenly during the covid pandemic. As their only child, I have a ton of stuff to take care of in my home country (paperwork, red tape, their belongings, houses, etc). I have not been able to do many of these before because of the pandemic. So in a few months my husband and I are planning to travel to my home country to take care of everything, and as I'm self-employed I will have to pay my country's taxes for that amount of time.

I'm not sure how long taking care of everything will take us, but it may be more than 6 months. Bureaucracy is slowwww.

I was thinking of applying for a Re-Entry Permit before we leave the US, so as to not lose my permanent residence and eligibility for naturalization.

Do you know of someone who has gone through a similar situation, and if so, how did it go? Do I need to have an approved Re-Entry Permit before I leave, or can I apply and leave before they make a decission on it? Also, it is at all possible to do the interview/oath abroad?

I've done a lot of research, so I'm looking for actual cases of people in a similar situation, not general info. Thank you.

So I got an email last night saying we had been DQ'd, but then I logged onto CEAC this morning and it says the AOS is incomplete as I don't meet the minimum income requirements (which I do).

Past posts said that this is an error with CEAC, but just want to see if anyone else has experience with this recently.

Question about bringing my brother

Howdy!

My brother is thinking about coming to the US to study and after to work. He is under 21 so before I even see if it is an option for my brother to come to the US I have a couple questions that I couldn't find anywhere.

If my brother comes to the US with an F-1 visa and then once here I file for the i-130. Knowing that he falls under category F4 how long would it take before he can apply for a green card. I found two completely opposite answers so I am not sure. The fist one is that the i-130 takes 10 years, the other answer that I found was that takes less than a year to just to get approved the i-130.

The other question is, if he comes to the US and gets the green card because my mother asks for him, since he is under 21, will the green card be base on my mother, meaning if my mother leaves the US for more than 6 months my brothers green card will get revoked as well?

Thank you so much for the help and Happy Sunday!

CR-1 paperwork question, visiting before NOA1....

Guys,

I am getting ready to submit the complete CR-1 paperwork, and this will be sent out by Tuesday. I need to ask a question, because I don't want anything to cause any problems in this process. My wife wants to visit me in the middle of May, about 4 months after she went back to her home country of Spain. She is in between jobs and schooling...

Since the paperwork might not be received by USCIS before she arrives, and for that reason I wouldn't be getting the NOA1 confirmation of receipt wouldn't yet be issued, is there any possibility this could cause problems? I've heard there can be problems for filing the CR-1 paperwork when a spouse is in the US, as USCIS might think someone is intending to AOS without observing the proper procedure, this or anything that might be construed as such is something I want to avoid.

Thank you all for your input!

Hello!

I would like to become a RN in WA state but I cannot afford to stop working and be a full time student. Anyone in WA state could tell me the process to become a RN? Also, does anyone know an online accredited school that allows for online certification?

Thank you!
