| CR-1 paperwork question, visiting before NOA1.... |

Guys, I am getting ready to submit the complete CR-1 paperwork, and this will be sent out by Tuesday. I need to ask a question, because I don't want anything to cause any problems in this process. My wife wants to visit me in the middle of May, about 4 months after she went back to her home country of Spain. She is in between jobs and schooling... Since the paperwork might not be received by USCIS before she arrives, and for that reason I wouldn't be getting the NOA1 confirmation of receipt wouldn't yet be issued, is there any possibility this could cause problems? I've heard there can be problems for filing the CR-1 paperwork when a spouse is in the US, as USCIS might think someone is intending to AOS without observing the proper procedure, this or anything that might be construed as such is something I want to avoid. Thank you all for your input! TenderHearted P.S. > Moderators, sorry if I have placed this in the incorrect forum. Not intentional, and please move this if you see fit. Thank you!

Hello! I would like to become a RN in WA state but I cannot afford to stop working and be a full time student. Anyone in WA state could tell me the process to become a RN? Also, does anyone know an online accredited school that allows for online certification? Thank you!

Hello all! I know this have been discussed before, but I'd love more input. Filing for AoS, should include form I 693 (the first pages) as well as DS 2035? I had no A diseases or anything so I know I do not need to take a new medical (did it last February). Or is it just good if I include DS2035 with the AoS package by itself? Thanks a lot!

Hi everyone, We're at the NVC stage right now, waiting for our DQ. My wife is a teacher and through some family connections, a couple of places in the States want to interview her. If one of them were to "offer" her a job, could that be a reason to expedite? In order to get back for the school year? I imagine it'd have to be tied into economical reasons. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

Hello everyone! I see mostly everyone when doing their AOS they file forms 485, 765 and 131 altogether. I get this is more convenient and cheaper. So when you get your Temporary work permit card, this serves as advance parole. However, is it possible to file for I 313 separately and recieve the AP way sooner? Thank you in advance!
