US Immigration from Senegal

Hey there, my wife and I are working on her CR1 visa to the US. Her mom unfortunately lost her immunization records and there is not an easy way of getting a new set. Will she have to get all the immunizations again or is there a way to get around this? Thank your for the help.

Hello everyone, I received IR1 VISA when my marriage wasn't two years old yet. I and my spouse got married on August 17 2020 in the USA cause I was here for an internship. I entered the USA on June 28 2022 it wasn't two years old yet but just a month and half away. Now I received my card and it's saying 10 years of validity. I'm asking if it's a mistake if so what should I do? Or what I have to do? Please share your thoughts, opinions, experiences...

Hey everyone, I just need a bit of help knowing how the interview process works. I am a US citizen filing for my wife. We both currently are living overseas. I have a couple questions that I need help with. First, will I be interviewed with my wife at the US embassy or is it just her? It would make sense that both are interviewed but on the visa website it says the petitioner does not need to attend. Secondly I m also wondering about how I can prove that I am wanting to reestablish my domicile after the visa process is completed? Thank you so much for any and all help!

My spouse and I will be married for two years August 17 2022. I had my visa approved on June 2 2022. But the visa category they gave me is IR1. SO, now I'm wondering if that's a mistake since our marriage is not two years old yet or what.

Please can someone give me some clarifications?

Last month I had my senator request an expedited interview with the Dakar Embassy on behalf of my stepchildren due to displacement issues coming in Senegal. Our request was denied citing it would not be fair to other families waiting. I have contacted NVC to request an appeal of the expedite denial this week. My question is has anyone had any success appealing and denied expedite? If so were you given criteria of the Embassy for granting an expedited interview request?
