Does the U.S. Care if the Benneficiary Overstays in another Country before entry into the U.S.?

Hello, I am rather new to this forum, and I hope I am doing this correctly.

I am the U.S. Petitioner, and my Fiance is a Russian Citizen. We have received our NOA2 on the 31st of January 2023, and are awaiting the NVC to give us a case number.

Due to the current situations in Russia, we decided it was best for my Fiance to move to Mexico, and live with some of my friends' family.

We did this out of fear that the Russia would no longer allow their citizens to exit the country when they started conscripting their citizens to the war.

She is currently in Mexico, on a 6 month tourist visa that will expire in the coming month.

The problem is, that her tourist visa in Mexico is running out, and our immigration process is still months away from completion.

We believe best option is to have her overstay her visa in Mexico, as the consequence for overstaying a Mexican visa is a small fee. We were thinking she could pay her fee for overstaying right before immigrating to the United States, but are worried this would cause an issue at the U.S. side of the border.

Would the U.S. care that she overstayed her visa in another country?

Getting ready to submit an I-130 and I-130a, plus an I-130 for stepdaughter. Is it better to fill out and file online or do you recommend that I mail it in.

Thanks in advance!

Ok, I've got the wedding done and now its time to get serious about the I-130 and I-130a. I've gone completely through both and have these questions...

I-130 for Spouse Questions

Page 3, Box 28 & 34 - Petitioner s parents are deceased. What should I enter? (I put deceased )

Page 4, Petitioner owns 2 businesses and have listed each in Employer 1 and Employer 2. The Employer 2 box 49.b requires a date and won t let me enter PRESENT in box 45.b. What date should I enter if I still own Employer 2?

Page 7, Box 48, Travel Document Number . Should I enter the control number from the passport here?

Page 8, Part 4, Box 57-58 - Should I fill this out for my Russian beneficiary? I think the Russian language uses some Roman letters, but other types, too. Do I need to list her in Russian language?

Page 8, Part 4, Box 62a, which US consulate should I put here? Moscow or Warsaw? Something else?

I-130a for Spouse Questions

Page 2, Box 9a and 9b pertain to Box 8a-8f. Address listed is current address, but Box 9b requires a specific date. What do I put here?

I-130 for Stepchild Questions

What do I put in Part 4 about stepchild s (Beneficiary s) family? It says to put the beneficiary s spouse and children . She has neither as she is an 11 yr old girl. Do I leave this section blanK then?

Thanks in advance!

Spouse never previously married, NVC requiring divorce decree anyway

As it says in the heading.

I'm the citizen petitioner.

She's the foreign beneficiary.

I've been married before and submitted my divorce decree, all pages.

She's never been married before and yet they sent an RFE for her first marriage - final divorce decree.

In response to their RFE I submitted my first marriage certificate in addition to my divorce decree. I'm thinking... how could they be asking for a divorce decree for someone never divorced?

They rejected my marriage certificate and reiterated they want a "divorce decree, annulment, or death certificate for (spouse)" in a second RFE.

What do they want? What is this nonsense?

My wife is having combo roc/citizenship interview in April based on marriage to the U.S. citizen.
1) Shall I (her husband) come to this interview? Letter mentions that there are limitations in n who can enter due to Covid. In addition, shall I bring our 2.5 year old or leave her with the babysitter?
2) I have been married twice before. I have my last divorce decree original but my first divorce decree only copy. Do I have to get an original for the first divorce?

thanks
