I wanted to see if there are any other embassies like the Moscow embassy that has still not begun to process any IR-1/CR-1 visas, and other mission critical visa categories. We've been stuck in a holding pattern with no meaningful updates as to when they will resume routine visa services for the past 9 months.

Has anyone recently tried to pay the MRV fee? I'm having trouble finding where exactly i can pay the fee. Or is it better for my fiance to pay the fee at the bank in person? I've searched all over and can't seem to find any recent information. Thank you all for your help!

What will happen if I divorce him before the is it a 10 year renewal? We had the 90 days and then got the next green card. He's put me through hell. I'm afraid of him. I should never have caved into signing a car loan. Now the implication is if I dont do what he wants he will ruin me financially. My.brother died of cancer this May and he moved in with my parents when he got a job from my other brother in another state. I saw him on a dating website in the car in my name, in my parents driveway, and in the work uniform from the job my older brother got him a few weeks after my little brother died. A picture I took. When I approach him about any of this he yells that I'm a stupid . I'm afraid that he's at my parents. I'm afraid not to renew his card. What happens if I don't? I just want him away from me, my children, and my grieving and older parents. There's also been no sex. I'm a nervous wreck. He makes me say please and thank you but gives me orders. Its so strange he feels entitled to everything. Should I try to divorce him now or let the green card expire? I'd rather be financially ruined than live like this.

Hello! Me and my fianc (both 20) are going through the k-1 visa process. And we find that the most problematic part that no one firstly talks about is the amount of money petitioner must get. He started working few months ago as a waiter so his main income are tips. But an affidavit of support requires information about year s salary. We are hoping for the best. But it seems like there s no way for us to be together in less than two years or so. Do you have any thoughts on that?
