Hello. There are some questions regarding putting N/A. So from the official website it s required to put n/a whether it s not applicable or unless otherwise is directed. But on the internet there a lot of examples where people just leave blank spaces 1st pic. - It seems to me like answering Yes already means this otherwise direction and you need to leave it blank. Or is it better to put n/a after it? 2nd pic. - Also when they ask for for A number which my fianc ofc doesn t have. Is it required to put NONE or it doesn t matter? and done other questions: is it required to put n/a in the box floor ? Or it s not a big deal? Do we need to put a lot of n/a on like sections white interpreter?

I am a US citizen filing I-130 online for my my sister, who is located in Russia. I have difficulty completing the section "Information about beneficiary in their native written language I-130". Does it have to be just hand written Name and Address in Russian language on a piece of paper and just scanned? Or a bill in her name? Thanks a lot! Information about beneficiary in their native written language If the beneficiary's native written language does not use Roman letters, upload a document with his or her name and foreign address in their native written language. If you have a text or word processing document you would like to submit for evidence, send us a PDF version of the file. When saving your file, select PDF as the file type to save.

My wife is filing the I130 for her son (my stepson) with his wife as a derivative. We certainly understand the current timeframe for an F3, but I do have a question about the required documents for the I130. As I read the instructions, we do not need to include passport photos if filing for a child (only for a spouse). Is this correct? Thanks!
