US Immigration from Poland

Hello! I am a US citizen petitioning for my husband and our daughter. I moved to Poland with my mom when I was 14. Since then I have been only visiting my father in the States every summer so I do not have a domicle in the US. My question is - will I have to leave my family here in Poland and travel to the States alone to establish domicle? Or is writing a letter in wich I state that I have intent to establish domicle enough? Thank You in advance for any advice.

Hi, I got engaged to a us citizen while being on a2 visa. Is it possible to get married on a2 visa, resign from work and to apply for adjustment of status?

If not then can I start the k1 visa application while still being in the USA on a2?

Hey everyone.
So I have this problem. My husbands case was approved (YAY!!) and we re now waiting for the welcome letter from NVC. Unfortunately our daughters case is still in USCIS since I ve submitted her petition almost 11 months after my husbands case. My fault, I thought I only had to write down her name in my husbands petition, turned out I was supposed to file a separate one for her. Do I have my husbands case wait in NVC until our daughters case catches up, or is there a way to synchronise their cases later on so that they could go to the interview together? All three of us are living outside the U.S.A currently. Was anyone in the same situation?

I submitted our I-130 online two weeks ago, and I noticed the portal allows us to upload additional documents even if USCIS isn't requesting it.

Is it a good idea to upload more documents while we wait for our petition to process? While we've been waiting we thought of a few more financial documents we could get translated and upload. Is it a good idea to upload more documents while we wait for our petition to process?

My wife and I are submitting are I-130 soon, but we are having a bit of a dilemma deciding when we should do it.

We would like to submit it as soon as possible because we will have to mail all of our documents from Poland and given some of the wait times on processing everying - the sooner the better. However, our third child is due to be born in mid-August. We also be going through the process of obtaining their US citizenship through the US embassy here.

We were wondering how easy it is to add a child to our application and whatnot after we have submit our I-130? We also will be going through the process of obtaining their US citizenship through the US embassy here. Is it a pain enough where we should wait until our child is born to send everything in? Or is it just a matter of submitting the necessary documents online or something? Because like I said, we would prefer to send everything in ASAP.
