US Immigration from Philippines

I am the primary applicant and I noticed that one of my derivatives was removed from the applicant information. When I initially checked in April 25, 2021 my daughter was still part of the derivative applicants, but when I checked back in May 31, 2021 to pay the IV Fee, she's no longer in the applicant information section. May I know what does this mean? Can I just add her back? Thank you!

I thought that she might have aged-out but when I used the CSPA calculator she is still eligible. Does anyone have a similar experience?

I am seeking help regarding form I-485 of my K2. I came here in the US with my K2. I have my green card already and planning to submit my K2 s form I-485 next week. There s part on the form that s kinda confusing.

what information should I put for the principal applicant on my K2 s form I-485 application? (including the receipt number of underlying petition and priority date)

Should I put my information or my K2 s?

have gotten different answers about part 2 of the said form. please help.

My wife is a permanent resident. She is sponsoring her two children. Two separate I-130 petitions were submitted and approved. I will be a cosponsor (I am a U.S. citizen). We are now preparing the forms to submit on the NVC website.

Some questions we have are this:

1) For Part 3.1 for each of the child's forms should my wife check yes?

2) For Part 3.2 should we leave it blank since even though the children would be immigrating at the same time they are listed on separate visa petitions?

3) For Part 3.29 for each form should we only enter 1 since the children are listed on separate visa petitions?

4) For Part 6.7, is it okay if the income is below poverty level so long as the income combined with the cosponsor's is sufficient?

5) For Part 6.24a,b,c, since we filed our taxes jointly, do we need to only include the income of my wife and not mine as well? If so, does the number have to be exact?

Regarding the I864A that I would fill out,

1) Do I need to fill a separate one out for each of the children or one altogether where I would include both intending immigrants?

Those are all the questions I have for now.

Hello everyone, my mother was petitioned under the F4 Category - Philippines and we recently received the welcome letter earlier this morning. I logged into the CEAC website with the receipt number and case number, my mother, my father and my older sister were listed on the website. My dad has a different name, so I will be contacting NVC about this issue to correct it.

Anyways, our petition was filed around December 2002. My younger sister and I were born 2 years after the petition was filed, does my parents have to tell the NVC/USCIS that they have 2 minor daughters immigrating with them despite not being included in the original petition? My parents did not bother telling the NVC/USCIS at first since we are minors, and we just have to show up with them at the consulate interview. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello. I would like to ask those who are in F1 category if you have recently requested for expedite to get an Interview schedule?
I am from F2B and my petitioner recently became US Citizen. I submitted the certificate of naturalization last May 27 via NVC Public Form.
I d like to know how long will NVC respond to expedite requests. Thank you
