Can i have my employer give a statement of earnings for my current work year to show enough $$ for affidavit of support, im having a problem getting a joint sponsor by the 17 th of june running out of options help please

Hello everyone. I've pasted some text from the Hong Kong packet 3 below. It indicates that my fiancee (beneficiary) should submit (or bring) a birth certificate. I interpret this to mean that she only needs a birth certificate for herself. However, the packet 3 text mentions children and she does have children who are not part of the K1 petition. They will be staying back in their home country. Also, the children will NOT be coming to the USA later to live. So, my question is do we need new fresh birth certificates for the children for the K1 visa interview?

I have a question. So my uncle had a petition approved by my grandmother but my grandmother passed away last July 2013 so they changed the petitioner into my Aunt. So now the situation is, My Aunt don't want to continue the petition for my Uncle now. One of my aunt wanted to take over the Petitioner as a the sub / affidavit of support. Which office should we call now to conduct the change of Petitioner to proceed the petition?

The case is already in National Visa center. It was appropriate 3x already. All they need was the affidavit of support, medical and for interview. But the loophole is the change of Petitioner.

Is this a normal wait? We haven't received any communication from USCIS since... I think December/January.

This is Ruby's MIL, not Ruby. Ruby is approved at USCIS and sent to NVC, 2 kids are pending denial. but we are working on required info, 2 other kids are still being reviewed. Can we group them back together once all are approved at USCIS, or will Ruby's expire at NVC?
