Im planning to filed for citizenship this year. My question is, my partner and I aren't together anymore after being together for 7 years. Were not divorced but we live separately. Will it cause a problem or could result RFE in the future? Thanks

I apologize for posting twice today, however I am having an issue with the K1 scheduling website. Today during my interview I was told to come back with my original birth certificate and was given a yellow piece of paper and the woman there said to reschedule and bring it back to do my final interview (This was during the pre-screening). She said that I would NOT have to pay again. However I am trying to reschedule now on usvisascheduling but it's making me do everything again including biometrics and payment. Is there anything I can do?

Hi! For the i-130, if my spouse (beneficiary) has a new job, is she required to report it to USCIS? Will it matter? The original i130 applications says she was unemployed.

Dina failed her interview as she did not have my original divorce decree. She had a scanned copy. What makes an original an original? Is it the seal?? Dina also mentioned when the interviewer scratched the signature of the judge with his fingernail, that's when things ended. I can't say for sure what I have is an authentic signature. What it does have is a state seal that's bumpy like what a notary uses. I would hope that proves authenticity. Bill
