US Immigration from Philippines

So, I'm a US citizen and filed my I-130 application for my wife in April of 2022. I've seen others asking Emma about their service centers being changed, so I went on there and got transferred to a live chat agent asking which service center our case was located at. Originally, it was at the Texas service center and now it is in Nebraska. She also said that it should be processed in November??? I'm thinking what the heck!

Originally, going by the original Texas site, it was saying it should be adjudicated in 11.5 months, then it went to 12.5 months, now Nebraska shows 14 months supposedly.

I've been watching other's cases getting processed right around 12 months after submission, so I'm hoping it will still be processed in April, May at the latest.

my GC expires on June 2023 and I renewed it 6 months before December 2022, this March I got approved and card was produced. But USPS couldn t find my documents it s been 10 days now and still thay didn t find my package containing my GC. Now I m super worried we have a family vacation this coming April to August 2023 and I don t know what to do anymore. Pls help me

Hello everyone. A big thank you to anyone who can offer some advice.

My wife entered with a K1 in June 2022, and we were married in the US later that same month. For various reasons, we did not file AOS paperwork, but we are ready to do it now.

-Aside from the I-485, do we need to file any additional documents due to my wife's unauthorized stay?

-Please confirm: we do NOT need to file I-130, correct?

-Throughout the I-485, there are fields to enter my wife's A number, but I don't see this anywhere in our documents. Am I missing it?

-I-485 item 22 asks for her non-immigrant visa number. Her K1 visa has two numbers that look like possibilities to me; what are the criteria for this number? Should I just list both?

-I-485 item 4 asks for receipt number of underlying petition. Is this the WAC number from the K1 petition, or the MNL number from the Manila embassy?

-Filing fees are $1140 for the I-485 and $85 for biometrics. Do I submit separate checks, or a single check for $1225?

-I was under the impression that we needed to submit lots of evidence of continued relationship, but the I-485 instructions don't mention any of that. Should I submit evidence anyway?

My wife (green card holder) wants my daughter to think about college in the Philippines when she turns 18 (she is 12 and she is an IR-2). I told her we need to be careful about the time frame spent outside of the country and to make sure she has established US Citizenship. Do I need to apply for a Certificate of Citizenship (N-600) for her? I am confused about the Citizenship rules for minors when it comes to time spent back in the Philippines (outside of the US). Thank you for any help. BTW...they came here two years ago under a spousal visa.

Got married in the Philippines March 18th, (second time, long story lol, more on that later) Came home and got the I-130 done online and filed it yesterday (29th) just under the wire for march but I made it. Got my standard email notice it was received and looked at to be sent somewhere, soon I hope.
