US Immigration from Pakistan

Guys we received this email today but when we logged into our uscis account we couldn't see any update there and the last update was from 2nd October when I received my PD. Any idea about this?

also, my brother is gonna support them.
(Do they need to carry my, my siblings and my brothers birth certificates to prove the relationship?)

also, if they need to carry their marriage documents too?

uys we uploaded 3 files (marriage certificate, Urdu nikah nama and it's translation) in 3 separate pdf files. Should we make one big pdf of the 3 documents or uploading them separately will be okay too?
