US Immigration from Pakistan

I have got IR1 visa through my wife. We are living together in Pakistan with our two child who also have IR 2 visa. Can I move to USA without wife and child for living arrangements as we have no arrangement in USA to live there.

If one has submitted IRS transcripts to NVC, is it pertinent to also submit W-2/1099? In other words, will NVC send an RFE if only IRS transcripts have been submitted and not W-2/1099?

Could someone share with me the list of documents required at USCIS & NVC stage when sponsoring mother to US from Pakistan specifically?

I have applied for my parents immigration visa IR5. There was some documents replacement request which was re-submitted and accepted 13 Feb 2021. On the online portal "Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence" and "civil documents" status appears as accepted since that date. However, I have not received any further email from NVC or interview date. I have sent several online queries via Ask NVC, yet no reply is received. My consulate is Islamabad. Kindly advise if anyone has faced any similar situation or if knows what next to be done?

Hi everyone

i had my interview with US embassy islamabad after interview the gave me a 221 form asking me for additional document after the interview the consular told me everything is ok just sent the document( my fianc divorce certificate)

after 5 days we submitted it our case was refused for 20 days after that the status changed from refused to ready and in the same day it was changed to application received stating that ( your case is ready for your interview fingerprints and required documents , if you have already had your interview check your status in 2 business days. If no interview was required please check back in 2 business days )

what does it means is it happened to anyone else ?
