US Immigration from Pakistan

I applied for my mom and dad on December 18th 2021 and since that day there is no update on there case except the receipt notice, they live in Pakistan..is it normal?

I am asking on behalf of my mother-in-law's N-400 application. This year she will complete for her 5 year rule. A bit of background: Her daughter applied for her 5 years back and since they reside in Illinois, my mother-in-law's home address is illinois address on her green card. the question I have is that we never changed it with USCIS but she has been living with me and my husband in Maryland since covid started. In the last 5 years she has lived in Pakistan or visited Pakistan many times. In the beginning it used to be 5 months in a year but since covid, her trip to pakistan has amounted to for 2 months or less in the last 2 years. But she has been staying with us in maryland since then and we never changed her address with USCIS, how should we proceed with her N-400 application. She goes and stays with her daughter in chicago for 2 months or less but since covid, she has been with me and husband and we have changed her id as well as her insurance and bank account with our address. So for N-400 application, should we put her new address or do we need to do AR-11 first?

This site is so helpful! I was looking for general advice. I'm a citizen married and my husband is in Pakistan. We were looking to meet somewhere in between (Turkey, UK, Dubai, etc) for 2-3 weeks while waiting for IL. We are still at NVC stage and I have visited him in Pakistan a couple times but I know the backlog in Islamabad/ Pakistan is long. I saw that visiting another country can sometimes put people, men especially, in AP? Is that the case even if visiting with spouse? I just wanted some advice as I would like to avoid anything that could potentially delay timelines. He has never left Pakistan before either.

I got the N400 interview letter while my i751 was still pending. I went to interview on April 14th and it turned out a combine interview. After interview officer said He is going to review my case and I would get the decision letter in mail. I got the letter of approval for both N400 and i751 in mail on April 23 with the statement of cases are approved but no oath ceremony date.

Now what is next? Should I contact to uscis because I did not get any oath ceremony letter.

Do uscis send it or should I call them?

I heard through different forums that there are less number of DQ people in 2021 as compare to 2020 in CR 1 IR1 that is the reason why india and philippines have reduce their backlog in IR1 CR1 categories ... please discuss its true or not...
