Hope you are all doing well. We have an upcoming interview for IR1 in US Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan.

I have prepared and gathered the following documents for the interview. Kindly let me know if there is anything missing or can be added to the below list.

Packet 1:

1. DS-260 Confirmation
2. Appointment Letter
3. 2x2 Passport Size Pictures
4. Original Passport (Old + New)

Packet 2:

1. Original Birth Certificate
2. Original Urdu Nikahnama (Attested by MOFA)
3. Original NADRA Marriage Certificate (Attested by MOFA)
4. Original Translation of Nikahnama (Attested by MOFA)
5. Copy of Pakistan Original Card (POC) for USC Spouse

Packet 3:

1. I-864 Updated Signed
2. IRS Transcripts (2021, 2020, 2019)
3. W2 (2021, 2020, 2019)
4. Employment Letter (Showing current salary and ongoing employment)
5. Salary Stubs (Last 6 Months)
6. Bank Statements (Proof of Assets)

Packet 4:

1. Travel History (Visas, Flight Tickets etc.)
2. Call/Chat Logs
3. Pictures (Wedding, Vacations, Family)
4. Insurance Documents (Showing Beneficiary Name)
5. Bank Letter (Showing Beneficiary Name)
6. Credit Card Statement (Showing Beneficiary as Authorized User)

Looking for the feedback of VJ Family Members, specially the ones who recently dealt with US Embassy Islamabad, Pakistan.

My wife filed for her parents immigration and now we are at NVC stage and required to submit I-864s.

#1: My wife's doesn't work and we file taxes jointly. In that situation can we still use I-864EZ or we need to file I-864 fro her and I-864A to include my income.

#2: I filed for an extension for this years taxes and haven't complete my filing yet. Can my last year and previous years W-2s and IRS transcripts be used in such case or should I file my taxes first and then file the I-864.

After getting interview letter what documents required to upload on ceac website?

Guys I need some help. I am not able to pay the AOS fee, when I tried it gave me some error saying unable to complete form, please try again later but it got stuck as status in process . That was days ago and I was able to pay the IV fee and it went through.
what can I do? I don t wanna do public inquiry since that s a 2 month wait just to be able to start this process? This is a BS system and I can t even call them to fix this.
doesn t this warrant an expedite based on clear NVC error?

Me along with my whole family went to USA in 2015. At that time, I was 16. After three months we had to return to Pakistan as we had our grandparents in critical situation. Even after they passed away, we never returned to US again. Now its 2022, I'm 23 and thinking of going back to USA. My green card is still valid (passport I traveled with has expired). I wanted to know that if I am still eligible to enter US without any problems with my green card and new passport?
