US Immigration from Pakistan

Hello,

We submitted new medical and passport for our parents on March 15th 2023 still no news can some one tell their experience how long before they issue visa.

Our Ir5 visa petition is approved and we are waiting for interview date at Islamabad consulate. We have a son aged 16 years. How will he immigrate with us? There was no option under NVC application portal to add his name as family member for immigrant visa application. Please guide. Thanks!

I am a us citizen , I would like to apply for my brother and his wife and a child to come to the USA as a LPR, my first question is

do I have to apply separately for them or it will be one application for all of them , they are three people, husband, wife and a child

second question is

my brother wife doesn t have last name , she is born in Pakistan and people really don t care about last name there , will this be a problem for her when I am filing I-130 for them ?

I have added a joint sponser at NVC and uploded form 864 and his citizen certificated and submitted not it has been a week but I am unable to add my financial documents his supporting tax transcript of joint sponser. It is showing N/A. If i click start now it takes me back to civil document page which i already submitted sucessfully. I sent inquery but no help . What to do, please guide?
