US Immigration from Pakistan

Hi I need some information and help I am us citizen and my father he is here in us with me have have five year visa can I apply for him green card also do I need to submit for him I130 form or just I-485 only.

Can I apply I130 for my Nephew because in that form there is no option but they have something about child my nephew is like un 12 year old.

My family got green card in 2016 we are 5 family members 5 of us got the green cards.. but they do not want to go back .. except me .. when i got my green card i was studying and financially dependent on the family since they dont want to go back they dont want me to go also.. in the mean time i did business as an artist collected money learned a skill to go on my own. In the meantime covid hit my family hard , we are a family of doctors and after that my mother had a knee surgery and few months after that i had a road accident all of which is documented .. i'll be entering US via JFK what should i be prepared for?

Can you plz give me information that how long it take her to get her interview date. And what year they are processing the cases.my sister lives in pakistan.

years ago my parents filled asylum and withholding removal, they were give with holding status in the USA . Now I am 21+ I had filled I130 which is approved to file adjustment of status we had to wait to get the immigration judge to terminate the withholding removal which is now terminated as well!!!!

Wanted to know the process since now we have the order from the judge can we apply the I-485

for my parents if so, what are the forms we need to fill out.

just want to know that if forms the only things we needed now trying to avoid the high cost that the lawyers are asking, please help!!!!
