Hi, years ago my parents filled asylum and withholding removal, they were give with holding status in the USA…. Now I am 21+ I had filled I130 which is approved to file adjustment of status we had to wait to get the immigration judge to terminate the withholding removal which is now terminated as well!!!! Wanted to know the process since now we have the order from the judge can we apply the I-485 for my parents if so, what are the forms we need to fill out. just want to know that if forms the only things we needed now trying to avoid the high cost that the lawyers are asking, please help!!!!
