US Immigration from Pakistan

Hi Guys,

The US embassy in islamabad has requested my father in law (ir5 filed by USC son) to upload passport sized pictures on ceac. The NVC case was created back in october 2017 and at the time they did not process documents electronically on ceac. My ceac login page does not have the additional documents option or the option to upload anything. All it allows is to update ds-260 if opened or check visa status. Any advise on how to proceed?

My family (5 members) recently received immigrant visa. Now, when I try to pay fees on USCIS immigrant fees portal, the A-Number and Case ID works fine for the 4 members but when I do it for my youngest brother, the portal gives an error: An unexpected error occurred . I am attaching screenshot for reference.

Solutions tried:

1: Created an account on USCIS and sent inquiry but no response.
2: Called NVC: they told me to contact USCIS directly, this is not their domain

3: Called USCIS (+1 (800) 375-5283) but there is an AI bot that answers and solves nothing.

4: Emailed embassy but of no use

5: Tried searching internet but could not find any reasonable solution.

6: I tried different browsers (firefox, IE, Chrome) and different devices (iOS, Windows) but nothing works.

Please help me resolve this.

Dear members! After 70 days in AP/ refusal , first embassy asked to visit for reoath & fingerprints , then send an email with asking for some original documents, and passport, which is kept by the embassy at first interview. Also asked for medical test which is just 3 months old , and updated Ds260 , which is already closed. So not sure what is happening ? Does anyone has somewhat similar situation ?

I'd like some advice regarding domicile. To summarize my case very briefly:

K1 filed in February, 2018

K1 denied after embassy interview, April 2019

Cr1 filed September, 2019

Currently, I am stuck in pending security checks at USCIS.

I have since relocated to Pakistan with my son to live with my husband because I could not live alone in America due to my disability. I recently learned that I will have to have surgery and wanted my husband to apply for an emergency visa to accompany me to the Cleveland VA hospital. First, I sought out an immigration lawyer. This lawyer informed me that living in Pakistan and enrolling my son in a local school while waiting for the interview would severely complicate things and even result in a possible denial due to my inability to prove domicile. Will the embassy take my disability into consideration? What are your own experiences proving domicile when living abroad with your spouse? Thank you.

Hello guys, I want to ask a question. I am completing N400 application under 3yrs rules as my wife is US Citizen. There is one question when your spouse had become US Citizen? My wife had become US Citizen when her father taken the Oath and she was 15yrs old at that time. She doesn't have copy of her father's Naturalization Certificate and her father is not in US, he moved back. She had contacted her father but he couldn't able to find his Naturalization Certificate. What should I answer to this question. Thanks.
