Hi, I received following email from NVC. (E2-Immigrant Visa) Any idea about interview date? This notice is to inform you that your case for an immigrant visa is documentarily complete at the National Visa Center (NVC) and has been since 26-FEB-2021. NVC has received all of the fees, forms and documents required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview. Your petition is awaiting an interview appointment. At this time, no further action is required. We appreciate your patience. ---------------- The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 60 days, we will send a notice confirming that your case is still in line for an interview.

I received an RFE for my fathers IR5 case from USCIS due to a late registered birth certificate for Pakistan. I am a US Citizen and applied for my parents. I have two questions: 1) On all of my documents (birth certificate, college and university records, expired passports, National Identity Card etc), all of which I submitted for the RFE, my fathers name on those documents shows as "ABDULLAHNANA" (for security reasons not putting his actual name). No last name. But on his passport and the I130 application we submitted we have Last name as "NANA" and First name as "ABDULLAH". I just realized this after submitting the RFE. Would there be any issue with this? Anyone have experience with this? 2) I received my RFE from the California Center but my receipt I received was from Potomac Center. I know it says to wait 60 days to hear back from USCIS but I am wondering if anyone has any experience approximately how long it took them to hear back from USCIS for there RFE? Would appreciate the help.
