US Immigration from Pakistan

For a friend -

He is in USA on visit visa with his family (wife and 1 child). His parents and siblings are US citizens & in USA. Which method would be fast and easy for him to get greencard?

I spoke to someone on here via DM and they mentioned they did the same from Russia to the UK, and said there's was moved quite quickly. Was hoping the transfer would spur something on, but there's been no word since DQ 3-JUN or transferring 21-JUL.

I am writing this to find out information and help for my mother-in-law, who is a green card holder at the moment but next year she will be applying for her citizenship. When my mother-in-law applied for her youngest daughter, who was over 21 at the time and was not married at the time, she was hoping for her visa approval within 5 years (which I told her was not possible). But while she applied for her, she was also looking for a suitable person for her marriage and then a year ago, my sister-in-law did get married and has a kid now. However, due to pandemic and everything else we kind of forgot about her petition with uscis. I know that the petition is still pending and I know she has to withdraw the petition because her daughter is married now. But here's my question: next year my MIL will be filing for her us citizen, should we leave her daughter's petition in the system or should we request for a withdrawal? I mean what is the best option? She just wants her daughter to come visit her from time to time and I am not sure if her daughter will ever get a visit visa because in the past she got denial on the visit visa 2 times.

Should my MIL leave her daughter's petition in the system until she gets her citizenship and then change the status of her daughter's petition or should she completely withdraw now and then apply again once she gets citizenship?

My wife sponsored me for an IR-1 visa back in 2019. My case became Documentarily Qualified on October 28th 2020 and is pending Interview at the US Consulate in Islamabad, Pakistan. I understand there is a backlog of cases everywhere, is there a way to find out which month of DQ'd cases the Islamabad Consulate is processing right now? Alternatively, members here at Visa Journey who have recently had immigration interviews at the US Consulate in Islamabad, when were your respective cases Documentarily Qualified? I am trying to get an idea of when I could realistically have my interview scheduled.

My mother has passed away back in MAY 11,2021 due to covid19. But now last week i got email from Islamabad embassy(Pakistan) that her interview is rescheduled on 14 September 2021. Can you let me know how can i inform the embassy for her death.? Can you give me any link where i can send her death certificate so they can close her case. also can they refund the application fees.?

NOTE: My mother interview was cancelled due to covid19 in 17 march 2020 last year.
