US Immigration from Pakistan

I wanna know at the embassy stage court marriage can be a red flag or they gonna ask why we got married in court instead at home or church?

I talked to a tier 2 today and he said my i130 for my spouse who is overseas is at my local Seattle office. It was moved from Csc to Seattle and pending review. Is this normal? I thought my i130 would be approved by CSC and then sent to NVC Islamabad.

Does anyone know the process? Or have they made a mistake?

My question is my husband got visa issued in 29th March

and we have booked flight for 23rd May..But flights has been cancelled due to covid restrictions until further Notice..

CR1 vida expiration date is septem12..

i am afraid i mean my question is what if due to covid flights will jot in opertion and visa gets expired then what happened???

If someone has filed the petition for IR-1/CR-1 visa and they have a valid visit visa too. Can they travel to US?

i need help the petitioner is going to move at new house to change the address where should petitioner send documents our SC was taxes but the case was at Vermont then at feild office now dont know where is our case of anyone can tell us where we should send form to change the address
