US Immigration from Nigeria

USCIS approved our case since January 20, 2021 and our case has been NVC but no further information. They only wrote an email stating that the consulate is Nigeria is not requesting case Giles yet I don't know if someone is facing the same issue here my fiancee is getting tired of this whole process.

I(male) met my fianc e(female) in October 2019, she s 20 years older than me and we met in January 2021, we filed K1 after the first visit and since then she have visited me 3 times which total of 4 times. Our petition have been approved, waiting for interview. I d have followed spousal route if I knew about the red flag.

What are my chances, I m scared.

Hi everyone! About a week ago I applied for a visitor visa to go see my fianc in Lagos. I applied at the NYC office.

Can anyone give me their experience with this process?

The tracking says yesterday was the expected collection date, but I have not seen any movement. It is supposed to be overnighted to my home. I have heard some negative things about this consulate, and it really worries me as my travel date is coming up. There is NO ONE to talk to, I have called every number possible, even called other OIS offices. It is kind of scary that you drop all that money into the unknown ahh.

Any positive or negative feedback would be great

As of January 5th, 2022 we have been on Admin processing for one year. My husband and I received an email from the consulate informing him to turn in his passport six weeks after his medical exam on 10/18/2021. We complied and his medical exam was completed on 11/05/21 and the passport turned in on 12/17/21. Following that we received updates on 12/21/21 and 12/30/21 with the status still showing refused. Today on 01/11/22 we received the 203G message on the CEAC website. We have remained in constant communication with the NVC, USCIS and Consulate during this process.

They have now had my husbands passport on hand for three weeks. What do we need to do to have this error message corrected?
