US Immigration from Nigeria

Hello everyone,

I noticed that the Poverty guidelines have been elevated. And it states that "effective March 1 2022. My question is that is it applicable to prior years filers having their visa appointments this year?

When we filed the petition last year, the guidelines were not as high as what it is right now. If we are a bit short of income of about $5000 because of the current hike, will the consular treat it the previous guidelines?

I have over $10,000 saved up. And I have a job I make over $2000 biweekly. Gross of $6000 per month.

Are we gonna be good to go? Because I don't have a sponsor lined up. We were good to go with the previous HHS guidelines

Do I need a visa to travel to Nigeria from the US as a Nigerian Citizen but a US Greencard holder?

I m extremely happy today because my interview lasted more than 1 hour 30 mins,the consular keep calling me often and on and at some points I thought is gonna be a denial but God is faithful.My Visa was approved so will be getting my passport soon.

Does anyone know where the process is with the IR1/CR1 Interviews in Lagos? Last I had heard Nov and Dec of 2021 was sent out last, then I heard they stopped doing interviews for this visa. Has anyone heard anything new?
