US Immigration from Nigeria

Good morning to the admins here, I have a very big problem at hand now. Since Friday, 22nd of April 2022 that I had my interview and was approved and given the white paper to pick up my passport in 10-Bussiness Days , till this present moment I m writing you going by tracking with ceac.state.gov, I m yet to receive my passport. My case statues yet to change from Ready to Issue not to talk of picking up. I went all the way to DHL @ Victoria-Island twice yet they ask me to wait for the pickup notification mail.. I called & E-mail US Embassy on several occasions twice a week since then but it s same old story, likewise LagosIV@state.gov, including support-Nigeria@ustraveldocs.com. Still not good news.

I'm collating the supporting evidence for NVC at the moment. We have few events that's happened from USCIS stage to now and we'll love to include them at this stage (NVC).

Just like i labelled our proof of evidence in the packet sent to USCIS, i don't know if that is allowed by NVC. I plan to put the soft copy of our recent trip pictures into MS word, so i can inscribe the names of people in the photos, where and the day the pictures were taken, then export this into a single pdf file and upload it as additional documents. Is this allowed?

I will like to know how to properly do this additional documents which include recent boarding passes, Visa stamps, Hotel receipts, insurance certificates etc.

We were documentarily qualified on April 22nd 2022. When I look in my NVC file it says a document is missing but the document is there NVC saw it and then sent a approval email. Should I reattach the doc again? We still don't have a interview date as of yet. Could this be stalling us? Please help!! I need my husband home.

My expedite request for NVC was approved today prior to being DQ. They said they would send it directly to the embassy. Will the embassy schedule my interview? How do I apply for an expedite at the embassy? Do I schedule myself and then request an emergency appointment, or email the embassy to request it? Thank you for any advice.

After my interview, I was asked to courier my passport along side a police certificate from a country I ones lived to the embassy. I m worried how long will it take for me to get my passport back and I hope there is no issue as well?
