Page 2:- (19) Travel Document Number used at last arrival. Page 4 and number 4 : Priority Date from Underlying Petition (if any): is this applicable to K1 and if so, where can I find it... If some parts are not applicable, do we leave them blank or put N/A. For example, same page 4, have you ever applied for an immigrant visa... the answer is No... If yes, there are spaces to fill out. Should we leave them blank as it states, if you answered Yes, complete item Number 2a. -4 below. He has no middle name and we left it blank. But nolo.com states that if you leave it blank, USCIS will return the forms back to you. Thanks for your help.

Can someone tell me what does this mean please: If your visa petition is currently processing at the National Visa Center, do not let more than one year pass without contacting NVC. If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact (by telephone, mail, or e-mail) with NVC, all submitted fees and documents expire. If this occurs, the fees must be paid again and documents must be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process. Is it ANY form of contact or contacting them specifically to let them know it's almost one year? I've been documentary qualified since July 9, 2021.

Good day all, We have pretty much gathered all we need for the NVC stage but i'm confused about some documents which are termed "Required" and "additional" 1. My wife who is the USC (Petitioner) was previously divorced and we have the Divorce Decree. On the AOS section for the Petitioner, under the "additional Document", are we to upload the scanned copy of my wife's divorce decree and if yes, is the declaration page of the decree ok? As the divorce decree is a whole bunch of papers running to lots of pages, are we supposed to scan all these too or are they not required ,since i can take the physical one to the interview when the time comes? When we check under the additional document tab (AOS section), things like Birth certificates, Passport Bio page etc popped up, are we supposed to provide this for the petitioner? More so, i've read about some people recommending that divorce decree, even for the petitioner should be uploaded under the civil documents of the beneficiary section , which is confusing. Your assistant will be appreciated. Thanks

Hello Everyone, I submitted my application Jan 11 2022 online under the 3 years rule. The last update I got was at same day and it states biometric applied to my application. I called USCIS today and I was told that as of June 8th 2022 an office glance through my case. Please I would really appreciate if someone can explain what this mean because the representative told me that there was no note placed on my account. Thank you.
