Hello everyone, so my husband stays in botswana and will be having his interview in South Africa. My question is how long after interview do you get your passport back when approved because I know he will have to stay in South africa since he can't travel back to Botswana without his passport.

2) does he need to do another police Clearance b4 his interview since d one he submitted to NVC expires after 6month?

I will really appreciate your response. I just want to know the normal time frame it took to get your passport back after interview approval. Thank you

Good afternoon everyone,

I made an expensive mistake of mailing our packets prior to ensuring that funds are available in my credit card.

I made the payment the night we mailed the packets but the money wasn't posted in 24 hours.

On the other hand, USCIS received the packets within 2 days of mailing and charged my credit card the next day which was Saturday but my bank sent me a decline notice. I didn't expect them to get to the packets so soon within a day of receiving them.

I have been worried and displeased with myself not making the payments couple of days sooner. I am here wondering if they always send such packets back to senders or we should just go ahead and mail another.

I am on the last stage of NVC application and uploading of Documents.

I have uploaded every other civil document except "Photographs"

Question 1: Is the "phographs" as circled in the image I uploaded below for passport photographs or Photographs for evidence of relationship between petitioner and visa applicant?

Question 2: Do I necessarily need to also add the documents as seen in the second circle in the image below?

I am on NVC stage and it's so damn hard to sign into my account as I keep getting sign in error. I have used both phone and Laptop but same thing. I am able to get a successful sign in after several attempts and then by the time you want to do a thing it signs you out to start afresh. It's so frustrating.

What do I do?

I am getting dr report for expedite letter. Rejected before for other issue and staffing that seems to not be issue. A new xray seems serious, so I am updating my request with appropriate medical statement/report. Who should the doctor's letter be addressed to?
