US Immigration from Nigeria

I have been trying to get an interview date for Lagos, Nigeria for our K1. Is there any tips or tricks? I see that most people have been able to get a date right away maybe there s something I don t know

Please I need response to this urgent question. Our first packets of the 3 forms had birth certificate, marriage certificate, passport, 1-97 etc along with each form.

Now am wondering since we are mailing

all 3 forms together, do we still have to put same evidence thrice or just one set of the evidences is sufficient in the envelope to handle all forms.

I have reviewed the ds 260 online application we have filled it out together once I get to the sign and submit page it ask me did anyone help assist you with application? I select yes put in info and has form about selective service I click to read and ask NVC case # passport # and then something about female mutilation I click I reviewed it but still won t let me submit application please help!!!!!! I m doing this from my I phone

It's been upto 5days that I added Joint sponsor and I have not been able to upload the required documents. The Joint sponsor part is still showing N/A as can be seen in the image below.

What can I do please?

Pls I have a question , My fianc and I started this process and submitted our petition last month for the k1 visa but I m so confused cos he filed for his ex gf 2019 , got an RFE , but withdrew the case cos she cheated on him and they broke up so he never responded to the rfe and instead withdrew . We started dating February of 2020 and we are so in love and he proposed last year September , we submitted our petition this year . Will the previous petition have an effect on this new one ?
