US Immigration from Nigeria

I have been trying to pay for my AOS fee since about 3months now but it returning an error message

Can anyone help me on how to resolve this? I have send several inquiries to NVC but their response isn t helping,

I have tried to make payment with different browser and at different time though I once paid the AOS fee some years back which expired.

I have attached a screenshot of the message, I will appreciate anyone that can help me to resolve this?
