I am filing I-130 and I-485 concurrently. My wife is a US citizen. What other forms do I need to file in addition to the above please?

I know this topic has been discussed numerous times, but I honestly didn't see any of them particularly address a situation where one is already working remotely with a US company, and they have to move to the US on a K1 visa.

In my case, I work as a Software Engineer for a tech startup based in Ohio. Been working with them for 18 months now.

My questions are:

• Should my fianc list my job in the employment history on the form I-129F?
• Do I have to quit my job before I move to the US given visa is approved?
• Should I let my employer know I am moving to the US?

i filed a form i-90 in January to replace GC due to DHS error, because i have been married for 2years and 10 months before i got admitted into the United state last year but i received a CR1 2yrs instead of IR1 which is 10years GC , after filing i-90 i was invited go and do my biometrics which i have done and the case awaiting a decision but on the 11/16/2022 i received a notification to remember to file i-751 now my question is should i file i-751 while my i-90 case is waiting a decision

Long story short, Me and a lady had a one night affaire back in the days and never met again before I came to the USA.

I found her later she had a son, and she said he is my son .I have started helping her care for the child but never believe he is mine. To clear all the doubt,

I went ahead and did a DNA test this year to prove it. And the boy is mine. Didn't really like how, where he is living..etc...

I want to bring him to the US to school here. He is 11 now, means I became a citizen after his birth.

Do I have to file for "Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a U.S. Citizen" or I-130 for green card, then citizenship once he get here?

Which is best in this case.
