US Immigration from Nigeria

How do I bring people into the US to work with my company ,

Please can I get an answer for two situations.

1. the person I want to employ in my company has never worked with me

2. The person I want to bring is currently working for a company I run in another country.

Pls I need advice on were to start and how to go about the whole process

Hi so long story won t say too much, I was accused of marriage fraud from that American spouse. She reported me but I haven t heard anything from the immigration about it. Am traveling to my country to see my children will it be a concern when I return back to US. I have american passport cause am american citizen when I did the oath.

Please I need clarification on what occurred after we filled for removal of conditions. We received a letter of 48 months extension.

At first, I thought it is the new thing about them to buy time before they can send the PR for 10 years but a lawyer said we were sent the letter cos we don't have a child together or probably cos I didn't change my last name to my husband's.

Changing one's last name doesn't indicate true love to me, talking from past experience plus do they understand that some women have difficulty getting pregnant even when they want to? Plus my last birth was 17 years ago. Yes I am open to the option of having a set of twins for my husband, medically I can't cos I had IUD in for donkey of years and when I took it out almost 4 years ago, my period hasn't returned. I have been prescribed medication twice for 10 days but it still hasn't returned. So only God can come through.

Are there people in the house who got 48 months as well?

Hi guys I need help! So my American spouse has reported a fraudulent divorce decree after I left the marriage. I arrived to US on spousal visa in 2021. She has an annulment that she won and I m sure uscis will know soon. I need to make arrangements for the worst. How long will Uscis send me a notice of intent to deny. By the way, I already got citizenship in 2024. My country is Nigeria.
