US Immigration from Nigeria

I am the petitioner, and I have a dual enquiry as interview for my wife, the beneficiary is nearing. I ready many posts, and clarified my question and situation to get precise advising:

Situation:

• I am employed(contract) from mid last year with 2 employers, and employment letters listed on Schedule C, per contract nature.
• The 4-9 months between full employment period, included a move, that significantly reduced income, and added losses.
• I filed with extension, and am allowing 2 weeks to request the transcript, which may report a low income despite gross income double the poverty limit.
• I have savings that are less than 5x the poverty limit for 2($100k), though I am fully employed, and my car and studio equipment may not be recommended assets.

Question(s):

1. How will the tax transcript communicate my last year s income? Is there an issue, when all were DQ'd last year?
2. As I have employment letters and paystubs to show full time work, Is there any need to compensate at all for the loss period at beginning of the year?
3. What additional evidence may be recommended for my unusual tax situation?
4. To verify, a sponsor is not needed when I am fully employed NOW, correct?
5. I read in the I864 site that I could submit the most recent Tax Return, as the Tax Transcript won't be ready for a few weeks-- just checking if a return would be substitute, including to upload as document (note, I had an RFE due to not having a W-2 before)

In regards to IR1-CR1

Do all AOS applications gets transferred to a field office before approval or do some get approved while at NBC?

Hello Visajourney family, I am asking for a friend who just received interview CR-1 letter in Nigeria who moved to new address, while the previous family address has not been changed at NVC.

Will a physical letter be sent to the previous address? Or what is current procedure? I heard that B1 interview letters are all digital, but this is a CR-1.

If so, what is best way to notify and make sure the new address is used.

My interview was on the 13th of April 2023.

On my interview the CO asked me when last did we see each other? I told him 2019, he asked why haven't she visits me since then.. I told him due to covid and she was planning to come last year I told her not to come because of the Election coming up soon. He asked me about our chat conversation.. I gave him thousands of chats he looked at them and said he wants the ones of 2022 2023 he was going through them one by one.. later he said I should tell me my to submit a joint sponsor and she should send it directly to them through the DHL including 2022 tax return.. he gave me a white paper and tick the joint sponsor part.. at the bottom he ticked Administrative process.

5 days after my interview my wife got the joint sponsor with all the other documents they requested and sent them to the Embassy through the DHL.. due to the holidays in Nigeria they are yet to receive the package from the DHL.. I know they must surely recieve it after the holidays.. please I want to know if I still have a good case or not
