US Immigration from Nigeria

My brother's F1 visa is set to expire in June. He misses his family and want to visit Lagos, and return in May (1 month before visa expiry). He has a valid I20, but we are worried his Visa might not be renewed because he switched his Course of Study from Masters(Law) to BSc (Nursing). He just wants a 3weeks visit to see his family whom he misses so much. The school says it is Ok for him to travel and return provided the visa is still valid. Pls can you advise if there is any risk he might be denied re-entry to the US.

Is the estimated processing time for I-130 of June 21, 2023 on Visa Journey accurate? Just curious because my I-130 was filed on that date with first active review on Sept 14, 2023 and radio silence since then.

My US base fiance is going through a divorce with his current wife who resides in Nigeria. I currently base in Nigeria and we are planning our coming together as a couple, so please which visa processing type will be faster to aid our being together goal to reality on time?

At this point, I am confused and need all the help and advice I can get.

I lost my husband in 2019 while our petition was still at USCIS.

Since then there has been no progress.

Last update was in March 2022 and it just states that petition is being reviewed.

Submitted another case inquiry about a month ago and still haven't heard anything.

I am lost on what to do at this point.

Will appreciate any advice I can get.

Hi everyone, i would like everyone's help on this one especially those who knows or have experienced it. So we recently just filed for our fianc visa and we provided every details needed, pictures, text, proofs and all but my fianc whom is the petioner forget to add her signature on the letter but contained everything down to her full name. So i want to know if by any chance, this is affect or delay the process.
