Hello, Please does anyone knows how K2 follow to join is processed in Nigeria Petitioner(now wife) have requested for interview for kids through mail attached all necessary document we haven t heard back it s been 4 weeks ..we did a follow up last week noting out urgency cause the first child will age out Feb while the 1 year validity ends March. Pls is there something I am missing. I would so much appreciate responses thanks

How long does it take for the USCIS to make a decision after sending in additional evidence to revise the notice of intent to revoke?

I'm reaching out for your assistance with an urgent matter regarding my naturalization interview with USCIS. I had a combo interview for my N-400 and I-751 today, but the officer interviewed myself and my wife and didn't proceed with my naturalization interview. At the end of the interview officer said he needs to review my immigration history and if they need something they will get back to me. Isn t he suppose to perform the naturalization interview as well?

Please have this happened before? I came in with Marriage Visa btw.
