US Immigration from Nigeria

Hello, I am DQ (ending July 2023) with my PD current. I am EB3 visa category awaiting IL from Lagos, Nigeria US consulate.

Does anyone know where they are in the processing of employment visa in lagos? Facebook forums are mostly for family petition but I am employment petition.

If they are soon to be processing August 2023 IR in Lagos does that mean EB3 before then will also have been processed?

How big is the backlog and how long is the wait for EB3 in Lagos? I saw someone in another forum say IR is 8-12 months but this doesn't help understand the wait for EB visa.

Any help to above questions greatly appreciated.

Hi guys. I just want to have an idea of where things are as of this moment. category F2A PD Nov-2021 DQ Feb-2023 and i have only received that letter they send every 60 days to ensure your case has not been forgotten. Has any F2A category received appointments recently? Is it possible to get dates so we can track? how do we know how far the backlog is from this present day? It's really frustrating being left in the dark for so long. Anybody with any help with information is appreciated

Last week my husband had his medical exam in Cape Town, South Africa. I went with him to the office. I waited in the reception area while he was getting checked in. I hadn't been feeling the greatest that morning and all of a sudden, I got choked up and ran out of the doctor's office...ended up throwing up all over the floor just a few meters away from the door. My husband came out running to check on me. I told him I wasn't in any condition to come back in so just call me when it's done. He stopped at a nearby pharmacy to get me some medicine and I just waited downstairs. He went back into the office and started his exam. The receptionist told the doctor how sick I was.......they told my husband to call me and the doctor demanded that I see him..... lol ended up with some prescriptions and now I am feeling much better!

This is probably crazy since the medical exam was for my husband but I turned out to be the sick one and needed the exam! LOL..

Anyone else have this issue?

We filed for k1 on September 2022 and received our NOA1 October 19th 2022 and since then our case has been untouched.
Fast forward to many months of calls and enquires, we received an email from the Uscis that our case is currently being adjudicated .
It s been 2 months we received the email and yet our case status still shows case received . We have gone through all the phases of anxiety and depression but we managed to keep sane and hopeful.
My USC fianc has a non-Adam Walsh criminal conviction.
Please anyone here with any knowledge about our situation? Thank you for your time.

Hello everyone, please I will love to know how possible it s for someone to move your interview or schedule your interview for I-130 to a different country due to backlog in your country of origin. Please anyone with vital information can answer me.
