US Immigration from Nigeria

Hello all,

I had my interview on Monday and my visa was approved. I have also picked up my passport from DHL.

The thing now is I wasn't given any information about paying for a greencard. It didn't come up in the interview and I wasn't given a document for it.

So can I travel to the US without that payment? Do I pay once I get in? I'm just confused.

As of February 8, 2021, the NVC had a backlog of 188,390 documentarily qualified applicants in immediate relative IV categories awaiting appointments. (K-1s are like IR/IVs).l am just wondering what all this Embassy's and the NVC stands to gain by allowing this Cases accumulate like this?

l hope God touches them to start doing their respective Jobs.

Hi All, my Fiance and I both are entrepreneurs. She however is waiting for a visa interview and the embassy is not open for routine service yet. Its very hard to market to new customers and invest when that timeline is vague.

Is anyone else in this type of situation, waiting on fiance visa as entrepreneur? Any ideas to handle business with such uncertainty?

Hi everyone!

I m getting ready to submit my K1 package and wanted to know if the package is returned to you before the interview. It seems like you have to bring the same things you submitted originally with you. How should I approach a duplicate package.
