US Immigration from Nigeria

USCIS sent a letter to my wife about intent to deny my I-130 due to my divorce document found to be fraudulent and dated from January 20, 2016 which I did not pay attention to. And also my nonimmigrant visa stated married and obtained in February 1st, 2016. Please advise me on What do i do? Thank you.

I have a question regarding passport renewal and the visa interview . So when my fianc went to do his medical, he realized his passport had some type of water damage to the pages itself . It s like stained in the right upper hand corner of the passport . His bio data page is completely fine . However , I m concerned about him having difficulty when it s time to fly. I was thinking he can get a new passport before his interview but then I m wondering if that will cause any issues with the consulate because the new passport wasn t used on any previous applications ( ds 160 , i129f etc) . Should we just keep the same passport and have them use that to stamp his visa or should we get a new passport ?

It's being a longer time I left this forum because of the uscis frustration, but I see it that there is nothing I can do than to wait. I have my I-751 application submitted since February 7, 2019 in order to remove the condition on my green card. On January 11th, 2020 I received an RFE from Nebraska service center which I gathered and submitted back to USCIS on March 20th, 2020. On the 24th March, 2020 I received a reply from uscis that my response was received. Since then, i haven't received anything information pertaining to my case up till now.

Right now, the time processing for I-751 in Nebraska is 11-26.5 months while the case inquiry is on the 16th February 2019, which means that my case is outside the normal time processing. I had submitted an inquiry based on the time factor of my case. Please, I am here to get some advise from you what can I do about my case apart from submitting a case inquiry. I am pretty sure many of us here have gone through this process and been successful. Your contributions will be highly welcome as I know that a problem shared is half solved, if not totally solved. me and my wife works outside US as expatriates my wife is US citizen her annual income is 45,500 usd, if mine added we both earns 88,000 usd annually, I need enlightenment here pls is she qualified to file for me on Spouse Visa or no?

Good day house,i had my CR1 interview jan. 2020 after much waiting in AP i got an email that my my petition is returning to uscic for additional processing

although i was deported 2015 from u.s bc my invitee did not responded when he was called to confirm the invitation given to me to process the B1 VISA then

i was deported and banned with 5 years,which was laps NOV.2020,but my thought was that i dont need any waiver after have completed the 5 years ban...so

i dont understand additional process again........please any idea i would be greatful
