I'm an American citizen.  Anyone knows where to sign or get this form notorized before submission. I will be unable to appear for the interview, wanting to know which passport agent will handle this issue as it states in the form

citizen parent is not present, they must have their signature(s) on the DS-2029 or on the supplemental DS-5507 notarized by a U.S. notary or at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

Many banks have a notary in each branch  most offer this service free to customers of the bank

otherwise seek out a notary in your area such as one in an insurance office

I was worried about the Notary also. I actually called the Embassy and  was told that any State approved notary was sufficient.

I had all my papers notarized at my bank.
