Hi VJ family, I need help deciding what to do regarding DS260 question about willful misrepresentation and fraud. I was denied a K1 visa in 2019 due to counterfeit divorce certificate. It was not willful at all as I did not even know said document was fake until the Consulate found it to be and informed us through my then fiancee's congresswoman's office. So my question is, do I select no and give my explanations if/when it comes up during my interview or select yes (would this not mean that I am admitting I did it willfully)?? Thank you. PS: CEAC website keeps taking me back to sign in page when I clicked next from the first page of DS260. is it my connection or is anyone else experiencing this?

Hey there We are a few weeks away from the K1 visa interview and completing the I-134, which has been a bit confusing to complete because I have to include a co-sponsor (my mother). The confusion is regarding . (part 3: question 10 -21a) For dependents , I'm not sure if I should put my stepdad , who she is married to and have petitioned and submitted an affidavit for (previously). She doesn't claim him on her taxes though and he is now a US citizen. Do I still have to put him? also, for part 2 : question 7 that says relationship to sponsor: it would be future son -in- law or future mother in law ? Lastly, for 3 : should the co-sponsor select the " do not intend to make specific contributions.." or should they just leave it blank? Thanks !

USCIS sent a letter to my wife about intent to deny my I-130 due to my divorce document found to be fraudulent and dated from January 20, 2016 which I did not pay attention to. And also my nonimmigrant visa stated married and obtained in February 1st, 2016. Please advise me on What do i do? Thank you.
